There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or is shown to be defective, or not as described. Unopened products must be returned within 15 days and all other items within 30 days of receipt. To return goods, the customer must email for a return authorization # (RAN) before sending the product back. Special Order items are not returnable. Returns without authorization will be returned to the sender. Return credits are issued with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.If a product is found to be defective, please immediately email and obtain an RAN and ship the product to DressageStars*com. On receipt of the defective product DressageStars*com customer service will immediately replace the defective product.
WARRANTY and LIABILITY. All products distributed and sold by DressageStars*com are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are through the manufacturer not through DressageStars*com. Our liability is limited to product replacement only. In no event will DressageStars*com be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any of the products we sell or distribute. In general the manufacturers warranties do not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, improper use. Please contact the manufacturer directly regarding their specific warranty.
